"Gene" has been an outstanding leader and employee at TCI for about 20 years. He has coached AAU Boys Basketball for 5 years and also played college football and baseball at Prairie View A&M University. Mr. Jones is also currently employed with St. Clair County as an Intensive Probationary Officer and has been there now for the past 9 years.  Mr. Jones states, "TCI has helped me learn and trust the process of following policy as well as providing structure and patience which have been beneficial both on the job and with my children at home." Mr. Jones has a strong presence and positive influence on both staff and youth at TCI.
