Ms. Ward has been a counselor for over 30 years. "My passion is CHILDREN, particularly those youth who are having difficulty choosing the right path. I strongly believe in strength-based approaches when working with youth; we take those strengths that all youth have and build on those strengths until our youth reach their full potential."
